Guidelines for Oral Presentations
- Equipment
- The workshop room will be equipped with the only
a regular overhead projector(OHP).
- Presentations can be given with regular static overhead
transparencies.
- Time allocated for Oral Presentations
- Invited papers are allotted 35 minutes (approx.). This time does not include discussion.
Presentation and discussion all together should not exceed 40
minutes .
- Regular papers are allotted 15 minutes (approx.). This time does not include discussion.
Presentation and discussion all together should not exceed 20
minutes .
Guidelines for Poster Presentations
- Posters are on display throughout the whole workshop, but the authors are
assumed to attend their posters between 13:00 and 14:30.
- Poster boards will be 60cm(W) x
90cm(H) in size and poster presenters will get one board and push pins.
